Birthday Party

The cost is $125.00 up to 20 guests.
$5.00 for each additional guest.

We (World Martial Arts Academy) will supply the following:

Invitations for the party.
Full use of the facility for up to 1.5 hours.
Set up and clean up crew.
45 minute Tae Kwon Do class.
45 minutes for cake and presents
Gift for birthday child.
Cups, napkins, plates, tablecloths, utensils, and decorations.

Parents or host of party will be responsible for the following:

The birthday cake and drinks. ( If other food is to be brought please let us know before the party.)
Names ,addresses and phone numbers of each guest, to be turned in prior to party. (For emergencies, promotions, and lost articles. )

The party will last an hour and a half, with a half hour grace period to allow guests and hosts to gather belongings and getting ready to leave. There will be charge of $10.00 per 10 minutes if the party goes beyond the time limits set. Additional time if needed may be purchased for $25.00 for a half hour. Also the host should make sure guests are aware of the guidelines for safety reasons , especially the children. Guests are not to be running around the Dojang ,or playing in the locker rooms, or not in the offices. This is to insure the safety of each guest, that no one will get hurt.

If a guest of the birthday party should enroll for a 4 week intro, the parent or host of the birthday party will receive $10.00 credit (per intro that enrolls) for spending in the pro-shop.
